Booking Calendars for Multiple villas and Apartment Availability

This advanced pack, is ideal for the Owner with perhaps up to 200 villas  or holiday apartments they wish to manage the rentals. Owners can manage their own calendar, and availability. Of course Owners enter Apartment bookings and villa bookings or block off dates that are:

Add a Villa or Apartment to your control panel 

Owners can manage multiple properties from their control panel easily, it is fully scalable and one client in successfully managing over 200 properties, however it will manage many more

Villa Bookings

A booking is fully confirmed, the dates are shown as not available to further clients

Provisional Villa Bookings

Booked by Clients and you ae awaiting the deposit to arrive. This lets potential client know there is a possible booking for these dates but but not yet confirmed, and may become available perhaps if client flights are not available.

Villa Owner Bookings

Owners is able to block off dates if perhaps the Owner is staying in the Villa or Apartment

The booking software automatically produces a calendar for the villa or Apartment that can be linked to your existing website with a simple link

Villa Event Bookings

You are able to schedule "servicing" type events such as "pool cleaning" to ensure you don't encroach on a clients holiday.
